For stocked goods we will send out your order the same day, if you place the order befor 15.00 GMT+1. Normally you have your package within 2-4 days. For non stocked goods the delivery time is between two to three weeks. Deliveries are made by truck or air express with DHL. It is also possible to make use of your own freight company. If nothing is specified when ordering the shippment is made with DHL freight truck.

Return policy is 8 days after the goods are received. You have the right to open the packaging to verify the product, but the product must be in essentially unused condition to be returned. Refunds are based on purchase price. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Special orders can not be returned.
